1. In achieving specific job outcomes for payment are the Fair Start Scotland providers paid the same for every specific individual within the programme or does the programme utilise differential payment groups (in a similar vein to the Work Programme)? To clarify on the term 'differential payment groups' I mean placing recipients of the Fair Start Scotland programme in different groups, with different payment outcomes, based on personal circumstances that may affect them gaining employment.
2. At each of the job outcome payments for Fair Start Scotland (12 weeks, 26 weeks, 52 weeks) could please tell me what percentage of overall payment is given to the provider?

There is a differential payment depending on the level of support required by the participant. Further information on payment models is included in the slides referred to in our answer to Q2.
