You asked for all of the Annual Financial Reports, produced by Licensing Boards, that the Scottish Government Licensing Team has on file.

I enclose a copy of the information you requested at Annex A (all documents attached below) of this letter.
As you are aware, the Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015 amended the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 to place a statutory duty on Licensing Boards to publish an Annual Financial Report on their alcohol licensing activities. Although the Boards have a duty to publish an Annual Financial Report, they are under no obligation to share it with the Scottish Government.
Copies of all Annual Financial Reports that have been supplied to the Scottish Government are attached.
