You asked for criminal proceedings information for offences under:
(1) Section 50A of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 and
(2) Section 38 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing Scotland Act 2010 where a racial aggravator was recorded, for the period from 2011-12 to 2017-18.
