Information requested
‘copies of any and all correspondence (emails, typed or handwritten notes or electronic, letters, phone calls, minutes of meetings, reports, documents or otherwise) from the Scottish Government ministers, senior civil servants, Scottish Government senior lawyers, and any Scottish Government wholly own agencies and the like (including but not limited to Transport Scotland and Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited) what actions were taken by the Scottish Government following receipt of the VATIS Ltd Loan Drawdown Assurance Report dated 23 January 2019 to address the reported poor (and probably deteriorating) relationship between Ferguson Shipyard/Ferguson Marine Engineering Limited and Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited which the Report highlighted as being a significant risk to programme.’

We have not located any information or relevant correspondence that meets the specific parameters of your request.
You may wish to note that the relationship mentioned by Luke van Beek in his report of 23 January 2019 was a commercial one between two contracting parties: Ferguson Marine (FMEL) and Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL). The Scottish Government was not a party to the ferries contract and does not hold correspondence or other information on behalf of CMAL. Requests for information held by CMAL can be directed through the mailbox FOI@cmassets.co.uk.
