This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested because Scottish Government does not hold any information about whether the Scottish Parliament Policing Unit or other branches of Police Scotland investigated the media illicitly receiving confidential papers relating to the alleged sexual misconduct of Alex Salmond.
