The provision of any notes or minutes pertaining to the meeting between Kate Forbes and Jim Robertson, the Scottish Taxes Forum, which took place on 31.1.19.

I enclose a copy of the information you requested.
An exemption under section s.38 (1) (b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This exemption covers the personal data of third parties and has been used in this case to redact the contact details of individuals and the names of officials supporting the meeting.
This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
