A table of the communications/correspondence about the research report produced as part of the Fair Start Scotland Evaluation – Phase 2 tender (Reference No: MAR349815, OCID: ocdsr6ebe6-0000564536 listed at https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/search/show/search_view.aspx?ID=MAR349815 (i.e. Lot No: 2, Programme of Participant and Stakeholder Research).
This should include details of correspondence/communications betweenthe contractor and lead official(s), the lead official(s) and Ministers, including any ministerial minute/correspondence regarding the report the list should start from the date the first draft had been supplied up to the final publication was made
available on 6 Nov 2019. For the avoidance of doubt the list should be of i.e. email/letter/phone subject lines and a summary of the correspondence/call purpose.
If is considered to be under the £600 threshold, please provide the communications, however the priority for release should be the list of the communications (though communications listed may be requested at a later date).
