"To disclose any emails or written communications from Chris Burt on or around April 2014 relating to a change in rota for (female) Civil Servants at Bute House, Edinburgh or for any other locations including but limited to The Scottish Parliament."

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because having undertaken adequate and proportionate searches relevant to your request (including searching for records from 'Chris Birt'), we did not locate any recorded information falling within the scope of that request.
