1. Total Amount of Funding from SG to Police Scotland for the training requirements of coercive control for the new Domestic abuse Scotland act 2018 per financial year from the date the first funding allocation was made?

2. Please also provide the full conditions of Funding to Police Scotland for the Project DA Matters Scotland (Safe Lives)?

1. Some of the information you have requested is available from a previous response to a Freedom of Information request relating to funding supplied to support the implementation of Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018, and is available at: https://www.gov.scot/publications/foi-201900001049/. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.

2. In reference to the ‘full conditions of Funding to Police Scotland for the Project DA Matters Scotland (Safe Lives)’, I have also enclosed copies of the budget allocation letters for financial years 2018/19 and 2019/20, which contain the full conditions of funding.
