Pathfinder and Housing First briefings: FOI release

Information requested
You asked for Copies of any civil servant briefings prepared on the Housing First programme, you also provided clarification on 18 November that you are looking for briefing regards to the pathfinder programme as well as any briefing referencing the roll-out of Housing First across all of Scotland and/or background on the success or failures of the programme so far.

Attached is a copy of most of the information you requested in the attached PDF.
An exemption(s) under section(s) 30(b)(I) and S.38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to all of the information you have requested. One document has been withheld under S 30(b)(I) in relation to the formulation of policy and contains free and frank advice to the Minister. All documents released have had information withheld under S38(1)(b) where the names of officials have been redacted. Information out with the scope of the FOI request has also been redacted within all documents provided.
