Total spend for Temp Admin Catering & Manual framework: FOI release

Information requested

Under the Freedom of Information [Scotland] Act 2002 we formally request the information in relation to the Scottish Governments current framework for the provision of admin catering & manual staff, north and south frameworks: total spend for temp admin catering & manual north and south 3rd generation frameworks from April 2020 onwards.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested, and therefore this is exempt under Section 17(1) - information not held. The reason why we don't have the information is explained below.

We are unable to provide all of the information that you have requested because of the way in which we collate and hold information.

You have requested information for the period April 2020 onwards. As we collate information on a quarterly basis, the latest quarterly spend for the period October – December 2020 has not yet been received from suppliers and validated. However, we have provided the spend figures for the period April 2020 – September 2020 below.
