Information requested
From 1 December 2020 to present:
Copies of any correspondence (emails, memos, minutes of meetings, minutes of calls, briefings and/or otherwise) between civil servants and/or Special Advisors regarding the budget allocation for 2021-22 for Government Business and Constitutional Relations Policy.
Response
We have identified two items of information in scope of your request which is attached in Annex A of this letter.
An exemption under Section 38(i)(b) (Personal Information) of FOISA applies to some of the information requested. The reasons why this exemption applies is explained in Annex B of this letter.
