1. Copies of any correspondence from 1 January 2021 to date such as letters, emails, minutes or otherwise issued by Ministers in the Scottish Government to Scottish Rugby Union Limited regarding the award of £15m in grant funding and access to loan funding of £5m.
2. Specifically, the award letter detailing the conditions attaching to the £15m grant made by the Scottish Government to Scottish Rugby Union Limited issued by Ministers on 20 January 2021.
