Response

After performing a comprehensive search of our Scottish Government systems, the only document found within scope of your request was the official Ministerial briefing pack. The agenda, attendees along with details of the venue are listed within the briefing.

The cost of the dinner was £798.90 and was met by Scottish Government.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not hold some of the information you have requested. There were no minutes or notes from the meeting as this was an informal event, nor were there any speeches or pre-prepared words drafted to deliver to the attendees and no subsequent post meeting action points were noted.

As such, this is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not hold some information that would fall within the scope of your request.
