1. Provide the annual spend for the framework agreement by lot (if applicable) for each financial year;
2. Please provide your full membership list (if applicable).
3. Please provide the value of the membership fee (if applicable);
4. Please provide the % or £ levy/uplift applied to the framework agreement and whether this is chargeable to the Public Sector organisation or supplier.
5. Provide a list of all Public Sector organisations using the framework agreement;
6. How do you ensure customers are able to satisfy their requirements to evaluate social value at the Call Off stage?
Response
1. Below is a copy of the information requested.
2/3/4/5/6. The framework was awarded on 20 March 2020 and was not lotted. The recorded spend from 20 March 2020 to 31 March 2021 is c. £6.8M.
We have assumed that this question relates to the number of suppliers on the framework. The Mobile Voice and Data Services Framework is a single supplier framework awarded to Vodafone UK Limited.
There is no membership fee associated with participation on the framework.
There is no levy/uplift associated with participation on the framework by public sector organisations or the supplier.
Please find the list (in alphabetical order) of participating public sector organisations at Annex A (correct up to 31 March 2021).
Sustainability, environmental and social & ethical responsibility, fair work and community benefits were evaluated as part of the tender process to establish the framework. Public sector organisations choosing to use the framework are strongly encouraged to agree local community benefits with the supplier prior to agreeing their final call-off contract.
