Information requested
In relation to the roles for Social Security Scotland client adviser in both Glasgow and Dundee offices:
1. How many A3 roles were available in the most recent recruitment drive 2021?
2. How many temporary Pertemp staff applied for the A3 roles?
3. How many of the Pertemp staff were successful in gaining a permanent role?
4. How many Pertemp staff are on the waiting list?
Response
We have interpreted your request to be referring to individuals employed by Pertemps who are currently assigned to Social Security Scotland and to the following campaigns for Client Advisors - IRC86303 (Glasgow) and IRC87497 (Dundee).
The questions refer to live recruitment campaigns where the offer process is on-going. The information is correct as at 20 August 2021.
Candidates who are successful at interview are offered posts in merit order with those performing best being offered roles first.
