"On 7 September 2021, the First Minister told the Scottish Parliament: ‘It also reaffirms the Scottish Government’s commitment to an independence referendum… I can confirm that the Scottish Government will now restart work on the detailed prospectus that will guide the decision.’
Could you please provide copies of any briefing materials that have been or plan to be provided to officials and civil service staff members who will be working on the ‘detailed prospectus’ as indicated by the First Minister?"
