You asked for the following information regarding the Bowls Scotland Home Nations Event 9 -11 September 2021 at Ayr:
1. Any correspondence in connection with the approval of this event both internal and external.
2. A copy of the agreement for or the permission granted for the event.
3. Confirmation that spectators were prohibited and the reasons why?
Response
Attached is a copy of all of the information you requested in relation to your first two points. In terms of your final point asking about spectators, you will note from the documents that organisers had "no plan to have any spectators in attendance although this may be reviewed depending on restrictions at the time of the event."
