Given the information requested in your two requests contains a large amount of duplication, I am providing a combine response covering both requests. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested, this information is enclosed at Annex A.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, exemptions under Section 29(1)(a) Formulation of Government Policy and 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) of FOISA applies to some of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex B.
