We wrote to you on 13 December 2023 releasing information previously withheld under section 38(1)(b). The Commissioner has now issued a decision 001/2024 wherein the Commissioner has concluded that 30(c) of FOISA did not apply to some of the information you requested. I have attached a revised copy of the advice note document which discloses the information required to comply with decision 001/2024.
