The Scottish Government's budget provision for digital connectivity, how much has been allocated to infrastructure, with a breakdown by local authority/region.

Response

For Financial Year 2021/22 the budget provision for digital connectivity is £102.7m with £98.2m allocated to improving digital infrastructure.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. We are unable to provide a breakdown of digital connectivity budget provision by local authority/region. As our digital infrastructure programmes are national initiatives the digital infrastructure budget is not allocated on a regional or local authority basis.
