All purchases made for Airbnb accommodation have been made using the Scottish Government electronic Purchasing Card, details of which have been recorded on and sourced from the Scottish Procurement Information Hub, which records spend from over 100 Scottish Public Sector bodies (but not all public sector bodies).
The Hub does not provide detail of the justification for expenditure or any links to listings of booked accommodation. Airbnb has been used in the past when there is a critical business need and in exceptional circumstance, for example for self catered accommodation, that was not available through Corporate Travel Management (CTM) at very short notice.
