I attach a copy of the information you requested. Additionally for context I have enclosed the Scottish Government's reply to the attached letter.
A small section of the Scottish Government's reply has not been provided because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to it, as this is personal information of the official processing the correspondence.
