Information requested
1. Since the introduction of Orders for Lifelong Restrictions under s210F of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 how many such sentences have been made in the Courts in Scotland?
2. How many persons under such sentence of OLR have ever been released on licence or otherwise from prison during the course of the OLR?
3. How many prisoners are presently serving a sentence under an OLR?
4. How many prisoners sentenced to OLR have died in prison? (This question is to cover the possible statistical anomaly of present serving prisoners versus sentences passed.)
