Who's responsibility it is to proscribe organisations such as terrorist groupings in Scotland?

Response

This is a reserved function the responsibility for proscribing an organisation under the Terrorism Act 2000 lies with the Home Secretary. Once the decision to proscribe an organisation has been made the Home Secretary will then lay an order before the UK Parliament which will then be debated and approved by the House of Commons and House of Lords. I enclose a link to the Home Office Factsheet: Proscription, for your attention. https://homeofficemedia.blog.gov.uk/2021/11/19/factsheetproscription/.
