I would like to know how much international aid was awarded by the Scottish government since 2016 year by year? I would like to know the totals awarded for each year and the breakdown of countries awarded the aid?
I would like to request if any money has been given to the Palestinian Authority in these years and if so what, if any mechanisms have been employed to ensure that the money has not went to terrorist controlled agencies in that region?

Response: The information requested is attached in the Annex however with a slight caveat. The statistics for 2021 are currently being prepared and I have provided an explanation below to point you in the right direction.
Provisional Official Development Assistance statistics will be published by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office on 12 April 2022. This will include data for Scottish Government and present high level Official Development Assistance totals. More detailed information about 2022 Official Development Assistance, including a country breakdown, will be included in the Final Statistics on International Development publication, published later in 2022.

Response: The Scottish Government has not provided funding to the Palestinian Authority.
