Please tell me the number of households Warmer Homes Scotland has (a) surveyed and (b) delivered energy efficiency measures to, for the years (i) 2016/17, (ii) 2017/18, (iii) 2018/19, (iv) 2019/20, and (v) 2020/21, broken down by local authority area.
