Landfall Strategy Group: FOI review

Information requested

In your request for review you have expressed dissatisfaction in relation to our decision in your request for details of all payments made by the Scottish Government to Landfall Strategy Group between 1st September 2016 and 20th May 2022. You have stated that you consider that this response is inconsistent with a previous published response to an earlier information request.

You state that clearly one or both of these requests is incomplete or incorrect- note Line 31 in the table included in the earlier response. Please investigate and provide corrected responses to both FOI requests.

Response

You may wish to note that the scope of my review can only extend to considering the accuracy and completeness of our response to you dated 26 May 2022.

Following investigations with colleagues I have concluded that all three payments noted across both requests are correct. I have therefore concluded that the original decision should be confirmed but with a modification to include the additional information identified.

I can now confirm that there were three payments made by the Scottish Government to Landfall Strategy Group for the dates you have requested as detailed below:
