Northern Isles ferry fuel costs: FOI release

Information requested

1) The cost of fuel used on the Northern Isles ferry service’s Hjaltland, Hrossey, Hildasay and Helliar vessels in the financial years: 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22 and the 2022/23 year todate.

2) The projected cost of fuel for the entire 2022/23 year for the Hjaltland, Hrossey, Hildasay and Helliar vessels.

1) The figures below include fuel costs where chartered vessels have operated in place of MV Hjaltland, MV Hrossey, MV Hildasay and MV Helliar.
