All correspondence (including emails, phone calls, video conference calls, Whats Apps, text messages, letters and meetings) between the Cabinet Secretary for Justice & Veterans and his office, and David Page and/or James Gray of Police Scotland. Please provide this correspondence including any minutes of meetings and phone calls between the 1 September 2022 and 26 October 2022.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under section s.38(1)(b), section 30(b)(i) and section 30(b)(ii) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons that these exemptions apply is explained in Annex B of the letter.
