Information requested

1. Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier?

2. Start date & duration of framework/contract with the supplier.

3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date.

4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Response

1. Transport Scotland currently use a 3rd party tool titled "Sprout".

2. The 3rd party tool is provided to Transport Scotland by the Traffic Scotland service and as such doesn't have a start date or duration associated with the contract / framework with the supplier.

3. As the software is supplied to Transport Scotland, there is no actual spend on the provision of the platform.

4. Traffic Scotland are responsible for the procurement of the software platform, as such Transport Scotland are not in a position to provide any further information.
