Information requested
All correspondence and publications relating to the Scottish government's links to the OECD Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS), including but not limited to any approach from the OECD offering participation in TALIS, any discussion among ministers and officials about participating in TALIS and any outside representations inquiring about Scotland's membership of TALIS. You also requested all documents and correspondence explaining the decision to apply or withdraw? You also sought confirmation f the SG have applied to join TALIS 2024 and if they will SG join TALIS 2030?
Response
I attach a copy of most of the information you requested. An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to the redaction of personal information of staff names.
