• Data are from experimental statistics that are published alongside the National Statistics Criminal Proceedings in Scotland 2020-21 bulletin. The figures are based on data from the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) information management system, rather than the other figures in the Criminal Proceedings publication which are based on data from the Criminal History System.
