Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
Information requested
Please could you provide an excel spreadsheet with agency spend by organisation for the Interim IT Staff framework between 1st April 22 – 31st March 23?
Previous FOI’s had a row for consolidated Scottish Government spend. Please could you break the Scottish Government spend out into the appropriate directorates for which the spend relates, please? For example, Digital Directorate, Agricultural and Rural Economy Directorate, Marine Scotland Directorate etc. Here’s a link to all potential directorates – https://www.gov.scot/about/how-governmentis-run/directorates/
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. This is because we do not hold information on the total spend with each public body in relation to Spring Technologies on the second generation Interim IT Staff Services Framework. We also do not hold a breakdown of spend within Scottish Government by Directorates.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
Please find the information requested that we do hold in the Annex attached.
