  2. 2.If video, audio, and metadata is sent over cellular and other wireless networks, who currently provides the technology and services to you?
  3. 3.What is the average monthly data usage and data cost for the use of cellular real-time video streaming?
  4. 4.Who is the person responsible for the real-time video streaming, recording, and management?  Please provide their names, titles, emails and contact numbers as part of the response.
