Response
1. A meeting took place on 11 July 2022.
2. Some of the information you have requested is enclosed in Annex A of this letter. Exemptions under Sections 29(1)(a) and 30(b)(i) of FOISA apply to some of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex C of this letter.
3. The information you have requested is enclosed in Annex B of this letter. An exemption under S.38(1)(b) applies to a small amount of the information requested. The reason why this exemption applies is explained in Annex C of this letter.
