Referencing a communication of 29 August 2002 (the date of this communication in question is 29 August 2022) between the Scottish Government and the Scottish Housing Regulator on EICR's (Electrical Installation Condition Reports).
1. A copy of the response to the Regulator’s response to the email of 29 August. Our understanding is that you wished for correspondence from 29 August 2022, rather than 29 August 2002.
2. If no response was given, can you provide an explanation as to why there was no response?
3. Details of any other communication with the Regulator on EICR’s since 1 January 2020.
