Information requested

A list (or Number) of Letters sent from Scottish Borders Council and MP John Lamont to the Transport Minister regarding the Waverly line extension from Tweedbank to Carlisle, or from Transport minister to SBC or Mr Lamont, say over the last two years.

Response

The answer to your question is that, between 7 August 2021 and 7 August 2023 regarding the Waverly line extension, one letter was sent from Scottish Borders Council to the Minister for Transport, and one letter was sent from the Minister for Transport to Scottish Borders Council.
