Please could I be provided with the total amount of taxpayer money that has been provided to CodeClan since 2015 and who has been financially responsible for the firm at a greaGovernment level?

Response

CodeClan have received a total of £3.03m from Scottish Government since 2015, covering early set up costs and the delivery of Codeclan’s agenda to address the digital skills gap. In addition, CodeClan has received money via Skills Development Scotland (SDS). You may wish to contact SDS directly at sds.enquiries@sds.co.uk for further information. The answer to your question regarding financial responsibility is, since Codeclan is a private business, no public sector department or Official was financially responsible for the organisation.
