Information requested

When was the agreement to lease MS AMBITION from her owners first made.
On what date was the contract to lease MS AMBITION signed.

Response

Question 1

The lease for the MS Ambition was managed by cooperate travel management (CMT) and a proposal to Scottish Government ministers was made on proposal made in July 2022 and was approved by ministers 9th August 2022.

Question 2

The lease for the MS Ambition was signed on 11th August 2022 and then arrived in dock 1st September 2022. The MS Ambition received its first arrivals on 14th September 2022.
