In relation to these minutes below – regarding the advisory board meeting on March 8, 2023 – can you please supply me with the management information report for quarter 3 as mentioned at point 11 on p.5?

Please also provide the previous management reports for quarters 1 & 2.

Please find attached at Annex A, B and C, the Management Information reports for Quarter 1*, 2 and 3 2022/23 that you have requested.

*Note: Quarter 1 report, 2022/23 – Section 9 – Scrutiny.

“The four reports in relation to visits to establishments that were due a further inspection that were not published in the reporting period 1 April – 30 June 2022 were published in the next reporting period (1 July to 30 September 2022).”

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information because an exemption under section 38(1)(b), personal information of FOISA applies to that information because it is personal data of a third party, and disclosing the information would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.

This exemption is not subject to the ‘public interest test’, so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
