All emails to and from Humza Yousaf regarding the Scottish Islamic Foundation.

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested in the form of e-mails.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under Section 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reason why that exemption applies is explained below.

An exemption(s) under section S.38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to small parts of the information you have requested. This relates to small amounts of personal data such as names of Scottish Government personnel (Scottish Government does not release names of staff below the grade of Deputy Director) mobile telephone numbers for staff and third party people included in the released information, and some personal information including details about health information.
