An exemption under section s.28(1) and s.29 of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. Section 28 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) exempts information from disclosure where disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice substantially relations between administrations in the UK. Section 29 exempts information from disclosure if it relates to the formulation or development of government policy.
