Information requested

A list of the EIA [Environmental Impact Assessment] reports conducted for any fish farms you have available at your disposal.

We clarified by email on 6 October 2023 the time scale relating to your request. You replied the same day confirming that the request should consider information from January 2021 to January 2023.

We also clarified with you on 13 October 2023 that no other documentation was being requested beyond a list of relevant fish farms with EIA reports.

Response

We have considered your request in relation to our activity as a statutory consultee in the planning process relating to marine aquaculture developments.

I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested through the attached spreadsheet. This contains individual pages relating to each Council area where planning applications have associated EIAs within the time period of your request.

There are 16 applications within the spreadsheet. At the time of responding, all but two (highlighted in yellow and relating to Highland Council) have published documentation on their relevant websites. You can source information by accessing the various Council websites and searching using the reference numbers provided.
