Information in relation to the funding of Robroyston train station and the related infrastructure.

Can you provide a breakdown of where funding came from and how it was spent?

Response

Robroyston station budget of approximately £14 million, was funded by contributions of: £5.9 million from Glasgow City Council (GCC), £1.25 million from Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT), £1.5 million through the Scottish Stations Fund and £5.4m from Scottish
Ministers.

The funding was spent on the design and construction of a new station at Robroyston, fully accessible with a footbridge and lifts, 16 cycle spaces, 253 car parking spaces including 12 electric vehicle charging spaces.
