Information requested

Details of the National Transport Strategy Delivery Board, including the date of formation, membership of this board, the cost to the Scottish Government from the date of formation to 4 October 2023 and are any members of the Board renumerated and if so what for.

Response

The first meeting of the National Transport Strategy Delivery Board was held in October 2020. The Board is co-chaired by the Minister for Transport and Coalition of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) and the current members are Association of Transport Coordinating Officers (ATCO), Regional Transport Partnerships (RTPs), Society of Chief Officers of Transportation in Scotland (SCOTS), Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Managers (SOLACE) and Transport Scotland. The majority of meetings have been held online, however one meeting held in person incurred a cost of £21.92 to the Scottish Government for hospitality. The members of this group are not renumerated for their participation.
