An exemption under section s.38(1)(b) - Third Party Personal Data of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. The question has been answered in full, however, whilst completing my search I found invoice numbers which could identify suppliers bank details and other identifiers for Scottish Government staff therefor these have been redacted.
