Can I please request the below information?

An excel spreadsheet with agency spend by organisation for the Scottish Ministers Temporary Framework (Admin, Manual & Catering) between 13th April 2023 to 29th September 2023. Could this please be also split by North and South frameworks?

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. We are unable to provide the agency spend information for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023 as all management information returns for this period have yet to be received and validated. Should you still require this information then a new Freedom of Information request may be made towards the end of November 2023.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.

Please find the information requested that we do hold at the Annex attached.
