Disclosure Scotland’s Communications Team use the professional version of Hootsuite as a social media management tool. The annual spend on this tool is currently £1,281.60 (including VAT) and the contract renews on 18 September each year.

Disclosure Scotland use Google Alerts as a media monitoring platform, this comes at no cost.

9) Who is the senior officer in charge of these contracts?

The senior officer in charge of these contracts is the Director of Corporate Services.
