Where the attached document you refer to is a list of meetings provided in response to your previous request (ref: 202300377441) which was for:
- A list of all meetings involving Scottish Ministers and officials where Barnett consequential funding have been discussed since September 2022.
- All attendees of these meetings
Response
I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under section 28(1)(release of this information would be likely to prejudice substantially relations between any administration in the UK), s.30(b)(i) (provision of free and frank advice) and s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why those exemptions apply are explained in Annex A to this letter.
Annex B provides a breakdown of the individual meetings you requested and the exemptions applied. The documents that have been released are in separate document.
